4-Step Assessment Program for Adults The purpose of this program is to assist you in determining careers that would be a good fit. This is a comprehensive program of personal reflection, job search assistance and career planning.

Coaching Program for Students ages 16-24
The purpose of this program is to help students make better decisions about college majors and initial career choices. This also helps them identify ideal learning preferences and understand leadership preferences.
Consists of:
- Strongs Interest Inventory with a professional report*.
- MBTI Personality Profile*
- The College Majors Finder and The Occupations Finder, which are two resources that help students link your results from the Strong Interest Inventory to appropriate college majors and careers. S.I.M.A. motivational assessment*
- A work values inventory.
- Copies of 2 career books
- 4 individual sessions with Linda Channing
